We were born in Cordoba, Veracruz in Mexico. We would always be in the kitchen with our grandmother. She taught us everything about the family business, the love, passion and values behind running a catering company. Although she is no longer with us, she will always be an inspiration.

We are combining our experience and backgrounds to create Tecolote, a way to honour our grandmother's presence within us.
